SYSTEM CONSULTANT AND SUPPORT
FOR LIBRARY SYSTEMS (M/F/D)

Your Profile:

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree, ideally related to library science.
  • You have experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, are among your strengths.
  • You are a team player with a strong customer and service orientation, and you have a good understanding of IT applications.
  • You are interested in the workflows of a library.
  • Experience with library management software or organizational processes in public libraries is an advantage.

Your Tasks:

  • You will train our customers on how to use our software, both at our location, online, and onsite throughout Germany.
  • You will ensure availability for our customers and process inquiries within the agreed service levels.
  • You will handle support requests, both via phone (hotline) and in writing, and document these inquiries.
  • You will actively contribute to the development of our software and bring your ideas and experience into the process.
